Increased quality through complete testing
Complete testing enhances product quality. Enhanced product quality offers more value to customers. And customer value is always important, right?
The lcr meter quickly measures inductive, capacitive and ohmic resistances in a precise manner. With the precise lcr bridges, ohmic resistances, alternating current resistances, and phase angle can be measured. Based on these measurement results, the power of capacitors and the inductance of coils can be determined.
The measurement at actual components requires the consideration of both influences on the component, such as temperature and induction, and influences on the measuring device, such as contact resistance, contact voltage and output resistance.
Components can include ohmic, capacitive and inductive elements "impedance". The capacitive and inductive shares lead to a (often only partly) compensation of the phase shifting. This effect depends on the frequency. Therefore, an appropriate measurement frequency is absolutely necessary in such a case.
The Sourcetronic laboratory equipment ohm meter and lcr meter are easy to access through standardized interfaces including the parallel interface IEEE (IEEE-1284), which can be attached to the IEEE Bus, or the serial interface RS232 at the PC. Another possibility would be to control the measuring devices over the handler interface with 24 VDC. The output resistances are optimally compensated with the four-wire measurement.
Important: the transformer tester is suitable for the entire coil winding industry, producers of power supplies, motors, filters, relays, inductors, transformers and transmitters. In order to facilitate handling, the DU 7011 transformer tester can be operated with a pneumatic test adapter. The types of testing include the verification of correct wire gauge, right material choice, number of windings, precision between the windings, quality of dielectric, isolation gauge, polarity, winding isolation, power loss, impedance, energy loss, phase angle, leakage inductance, magnetizing current, insertion loss, winding resistance, performance, and much more.
For the ohm meter, lcr meter and the transformer test system, you can choose the power voltage (115 or 230 VAC) and the power frequency (50 or 60 Hz) yourself.
The experts agree that the lcr meter, the micro-ohm-meter and the Transformer Tester are perfect for laboratory applications, and fast production with their high accuracy and their comfortable big graphic display.
