- The built-in protocol printer is installed in the front of the offered test instrument. The printer can be activated or deactivated via pushbuttons. A printout is made immediately after the end of the test. The connection to the testing device is made at the back of the device via a cable connection. Thus further test devices can be connected to the same protocol printer. A changeover switch is therefore not required if the tests are carried out consecutively
