Test Cage
Test cages are suitable for high voltage testing of various types and protect the operator by preventing contact with the device under test during testing. The two test cages DOCAB and SICAB28-2 are manufactured according to DIN EN 50191 standard for the erection and operation of electrical test systems and are protected according to protection class IP30 for persons and equipment. The cages have a transparent test cover made of PVC, which is provided with a gas spring and a safety limit switch as test station with positively driven contact protection. While the DOCAB test cage has generous internal dimensions of 565 x 350 x 450 mm, the SICAB28-2 test cage with its internal dimensions of 360 x 350 x 450 mm is slightly narrower in width. You are welcome to receive additional test cages of other sizes on request. Optional connection sets for high voltage testers and safety testers can be ordered.
