ST600s | Err.12, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.12 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, it means that the inverter is overloaded.

Causes:

• The acceleration is too high.
• The rotating motor is restarted.
• The mains voltage is too low.
• The load is too large; The power is too low.

Solutions:

• Increase acceleration time P00.11.
• Avoid restart after stop.
• Check mains voltage.
• Choose the VFD with greater power.
• Select suitable motor.
