ST300 Series | E27, what does this message mean, and what can be done?

If the error message E27 appears on the frequency converter display, it indicates a parameter upload error.

Causes:
The control panel cable is faulty or not connected at all.
The control panel cable is too long and subject to strong interference.
The firmware of the external control panel does not match the firmware of the converter.
Circuit faults have occurred in the control panel or in the communication section of the mainboard.

Solutions:
Check the control panel cables for faults.
Use a shorter cable. Check the environment to eliminate sources of interference.
Check the firmware version of the converter and the control panel.
Contact technical support.
