ST600s | Err.42, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.42 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, it is a fault in the safe circuit of channel H2.

Causes:

STO is improperly wired.
Error occurred on the external switch of STO.
Hardware error occurred in the safety circuit of channel H2.

Solutions:

Check if the terminal wiring of STO is proper and tight enough
Check if the external switch of STO is working properly
Replace the control board.

If none of these error sources apply, please contact technical support.
