ST600s | Err.35, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.35 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, it is a setting error.

Causes:

The control parameters of the synchronous motor are not set correctly.
The parameter obtained by autotuning is inaccurate.
The VFD is not connected to the motor.

Solutions:

Check if the load is suitable.
Check whether the control parameters in parameter group P13 are set correctly.
Increase the time for detecting setting errors in P13.11.
