ST600s | Err.28, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.28 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, it is a parameter download error.

Causes:

• The control panel cable is connected incorrectly or not at all.
• The control panel cable is too long and is subject to strong interference.
• An error has occurred on the control panel during data storage.

Solutions:

• Check the surroundings to exclude a source of interference.
• Replace the hardware and request maintenance service.
• Save the control panel data again.
