ST600s | Err.02, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.02 appears on the display of the frequency inverter, it is the protection of phase V of the frequency inverter unit.

Causes:

• The acceleration is too high.
• IGBT module is damaged.
• Malfunctions due to interference.
• Drive lines are connected incorrectly.
• Short circuit to ground occurs.

Solutions:

• Increase acceleration time P00.11.
• Replace the power supply unit.
• Check drive lines.
• Check if there are strong disturbances in the environment of the peripheral devices.
