ST500 | Is it possible to operate a three-phase asynchronous motor on a single-phase mains under speed control?
Yes, this works wonderfully with the Sourcetronic frequency converter of the ST500 230V series. At the output of the frequency converter, 3 x 230 volts are output (so the motor or motor winding must be connected in delta). The power is also maintained.
