ST300 Series | E35, what does this message mean, and what can be done?

If the error message E35 appears on the frequency converter display, it indicates a motor parameter setting error.

Causes:
The motor parameters of the synchronous motor are not set correctly.
The parameters obtained through autotuning are inaccurate.
The converter is not connected to the motor.

Solutions:
Check whether the load is appropriate.
Check whether the control parameters in parameter group P13 are correctly set.
Perform autotuning again.
If the load is high, increase the detection time for setting errors in P13.11.
