What is the difference between FuncA and FuncB when setting measurement parameters?

During a single measurement cycle, the ST2829 LCR meter can measure four impedance parameters: two primary and two secondary. The following parameters can be measured:

Primary parameters

  • |Z| (Magnitude of impedance)
  • |Y| (Magnitude of admittance)
  • L (Inductance)
  • C (Capacitance)
  • R (Resistance)
  • G (Conductance)
  • DCR (DC resistance)

Secondary parameters

  • D (Dissipation factor tan δ)
  • Q (Quality factor)
  • Rs (Equivalent series resistance / ESR)
  • Rp (Equivalent parallel resistance)
  • X (Reactance)
  • B (Admittance)
  • θ (Phase angle)

The measured values of the primary and secondary parameters are displayed in two separate lines in uppercase letters: the primary parameter on the top line and the secondary on the bottom line.
