ST500 | Err.09, what does this message mean and what can you do?
If the error message Err.09 appears on the frequency inverter display, it indicates an undervoltage in the DC link.
Causes:
- This message may occur due to a temporary loss of input voltage or generally too low input voltage. Incorrect DC link voltage, defective rectifiers, and faults in the output or control circuit can also cause this message.
Solutions:
- For short-term loss of input voltage – voltage fluctuations: Acknowledge the message using the Stop/Reset button.
- Input voltage for the selected inverter too low: Compare the nameplate with the measured input voltage.
- For all other faults, please contact technical support.
