ST300 Series | E36, what does this message mean, and what can be done?

If the error message E36 appears on the frequency converter display, it indicates electronic underload detection.

Causes:
The converter triggers an underload pre-alarm based on the set value. The purpose of this function is to detect whether the motor has lost its load, for example because the static friction limit has been exceeded and the motor slips.

Solutions:
Check the load and the threshold values for overload/underload pre-alarm in P11.08 – P11.12.
