ST600s | Err.22, what does this message mean, what can be done?

If the error message Err.22 appears, it is an offline error in the PID feedback.

Causes:

• PID feedback offline.
• The PID feedback source disappears.

Solutions:

• Check the PID feedback signal cables.
• Check the PID feedback source P09.02.
