Tilbehør frekvensomformer - Software og hardware
Frekvensomformer bruges inden for mange anvendelsesområder. frekvensomformer skal altid være fuldt funktionsdygtig og pålidelig. I praksis er der en række effekter som f.eks. interferensstråling, spændingsspidser, bremsedrift af motorer med store belastninger og interferenseffekter i motorforsyningsledningen. For altid at kunne arbejde pålideligt på trods af disse interferenseffekter kan det i nogle situationer være nødvendigt at modvirke disse effekter. Sourcetronic tilbyder derfor tilbehør af høj kvalitet til frekvensomformer.
Det omfatter EMC-indgangsfiltre og -udgangsfiltre, eksterne bremseenheder og bremsemodstande. EMC-Filter fås som såkaldt netfilter og motorfilter. Netfiltre undertrykker forstyrrelser i forsyningsledningen til frekvensomformer, mens motorfiltre undertrykker forstyrrelser i forsyningsledningen til motoren. Eksterne bremseenheder bruges primært i applikationer med tunge belastninger og hurtige belastningsændringer på motoren. Bremseenheden beskytter frekvensomformer mod overskydende energi i det mellemliggende kredsløb, der føres tilbage fra motoren. Denne overskydende energi omdannes derefter til termisk energi af bremsemodstande, der er tilsluttet bremseenheden, og slippes ud i miljøet. Det meste af tilbehøret kan bruges universelt og ikke kun til Sourcetronic frekvensomformer.
